Family Goju Karate New Member Special - Registration Form
Please let us know you and your Karate student's details using this form for our:
- Junior Karate program for kids aged 5 and up.
- Family Karate program for parents, their children and teens.
For your records you'll get emails from Google.com and GoCardless.com when you submit your information.
At your first class you will receive:
- A Training Guide
- A White Belt Grade Certificate
You will be charged $21 per student then weekly training fees starting 21 Days from the date of your first class as you enter it on this form, if this needs to change that's fine, just let us know.
Weekly fees are set to mirror the contract free membership fees of major Fitness Clubs like Anytime Fitness with a discount for family members. Weekly fees include GST and all account keeping fees and are $25 for the first student, $19 for the second and $11 for each additional student or parent.
We have no lock in contracts, you can cancel any time in the first 21 Days with zero notice and, once weekly fees begin we need just two week's notice, mostly to take into account processing times in systems outside our control.
We have no limits on the number of classes students can take, some students choose to take two classes a day, some one class a week ... it's entirely up to the needs of the student and the family schedule.

- No sneaky joining fees
- No account or transaction fees
- No late fees or dishonour fees
- No Lock In Contracts
- Cancel Anytime with minimum notice
- Nothing else to buy
Our weekly fees are aligned with the contract free membership fees of major Fitness Clubs like Anytime Fitness with a discount for family members. Weekly fees include GST and all account keeping fees and are $25 for the first student, $19 for the second and $11 for each additional student or parent.
We have no lock in contracts and you can cancel any time with a simple email to office@familykarate.com.au. In the first 21 days you can cancel with immediate effect. After this we need just two weeks notice to take into account processing times in systems outside our control.
We love families training together and have special combined parent/child classes for parents wishing to join their children on their Martial Arts journey.
